Final Guest Count
The final guest count is due 30 days prior to the event and can be decreased by a maximum of 5% from the contracted count.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not expected nor required, though a tip of 3 to 5 percent of the food and beverage total is appreciated for exceptional service.
