Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Single Event Per Day
Only one event per day is hosted, the venue will be exclusively yours.
Nine Hour Window
The rental includes three hours for setup, five hours for the event, and one hour for teardown.
Outside Caterer Fee
A $500 outside caterer fee applies for caterers not on the preferred list, subject to approval.
Additional Time
Additional setup or event time is available for an extra fee if desired.
