Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Curfew
All events must conclude by 9:00 p.m. with guests departed by 9:30 p.m. due to the residential neighborhood.
Approved Caterers
All rentals are required to use one of the venue's approved licensed and insured caterers.
Alcohol
Beer (no kegs), wine, and spirits are allowed but must be poured by an approved caterer or licensed bar, with no shots and service ending 30 minutes before close.
Music
Garden music is for ceremonies only; cocktail and reception music must be inside the clubhouse and loud garden activity ends by 8:00 p.m.
Décor
Decorations must be freestanding with nothing fastened to surfaces, and fog machines, confetti, glitter, rice, and bubbles are prohibited.
Sparklers
Open flames and fireworks, including hot or cold sparklers, are not allowed.
Coordinator Required
A professional insured wedding coordinator is mandatory and all non-caterer vendors must show liability insurance.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are allowed outside the clubhouse only, and marijuana is prohibited.
