Property Buyout
Bookings are full property buyouts, either a 9-bedroom (14 beds) or 14-bedroom (21 beds) configuration with a second home.
Minimum Stay
Typically a 3-night minimum stay on weekends and 2 nights during the week in peak season.
Guest Count Limit
Guest count is kept around 50 to 60 guests.
Limited Parking
Parking is limited to about 15 cars.
No F&B Minimum
There are no food and beverage minimums, you may bring in your own catering or chefs.
Amenities Included
Indoor and outdoor event spaces, pools, hot tubs, fishing pond, putting green, and yoga deck are included.
