House Rules
12-Hour Rentals
All rentals are 12 hours and include the use of all spaces including the courtyard and suites.
No F&B Minimum
No food and beverage minimum is required.
Open Vendor Policy
You may use any vendors as long as they are insured.
Tables and Chairs Included
Chairs, tables, and access to a parking garage are provided at no extra cost.
Partial Rentals
Sunday partial rentals after 1pm and reception-only ballroom or courtyard rentals are available.
