House Rules
Curfew
The latest end time is 11 pm on Friday and Saturday and 10 pm Sunday through Thursday.
In-House Catering
Chef Cordelia Catering is the exclusive caterer; outside caterers are allowed only for a $32 per person buyout fee with the food minimum still in effect.
Outdoor Music
Per the Santa Monica Mountains noise ordinance, no amplified music is allowed outside past 8pm, so reception dancing is held in the Ballroom.
Coordinator
A month-of-wedding coordinator is required and must be present at the final walk-through, rehearsal, and throughout the wedding day.
Vendor Requirements
All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance and a signed copy of the House Rules, with a walk-through required for first-time vendors.
Fireworks
Sparklers and smoke bombs are not allowed; all fireworks are illegal in unincorporated LA County per the Fire Department.
Smoking
Per California law, smoking is prohibited indoors and within 50 feet of entrance doors, allowed only at the Lawn, firepit, or uncovered Front Patio.
Pets
The couple may include a leashed or crated dog or cat in the ceremony only; pets are not allowed inside the Lodge except service animals.
