Deposit
A non-refundable 50 percent deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to arrival and is nonrefundable.

The historic 1740 Manor House lacks full ADA compliance. The event venue area is ADA-accessible with a ramp and an accessible bathroom.
Swimming Pool
There is no lifeguard on duty. Posted pool rules must be respected.
