House Rules
Event Curfew
Events may not exceed six hours and must end by 11:00pm; live bands must end by 10:00pm.
DJ Referral List
Your DJ must be selected from The Hacienda's pre-approved referral list.
Vendor Insurance
All vendors must have liability insurance on file listing The Hacienda as additionally insured and may not consume alcohol on premises.
No Outside Alcohol
Guests may not bring their own alcohol; outside wine or champagne incurs an $18 corkage fee and must be served by the venue's bartender.
Outside Cake
Outside cakes must come from a licensed bakery, not homemade, and require a signed cake waiver.
Prohibited Items
No rice, birdseed, confetti, streamers, real rose petals, butterfly releases, aisle runners, or sparklers are allowed.
Decor Restrictions
Decorations may not be hung, taped, or adhered to walls or structures, and plants and statuary may not be moved.
Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and cigars are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Candles
Provided candles must be enclosed in glass, limited by table size; real-flame candles are not allowed on the ground.
Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is required and forfeited for damage, guest vomiting, or unsupervised children.
