House Rules
Curfew
Events must end by 11:30 PM with all guests and vendors out by 12:30 AM.
Approved Caterers
Main meals must be selected from a list of eight approved caterers.
Bar Service
All alcohol must be purchased through and served by PUNCH, the in-house bar caterer.
Outside Food
Desserts, late-night snacks, and non-perishable cocktail items are permitted if from licensed kitchens.
Decor Restrictions
No glitter or confetti. Candles must be fully protected by a hurricane or glass container.
Venue Access
Access begins at 10 AM on event day. Early access available at $250 per hour.
Parking
Free on-site and street parking. Overnight parking allowed if cars are retrieved by 10 AM the next morning.
