House Rules
Rental Only Facility
The Arlo is a rental property only, with no inclusive packages or food and beverage minimums.
Bring Your Own Vendors
Couples may contract their own vendors for most categories.
Required Vendor Categories
A required vendor list applies for catering, staging and dance floors, tenting, lighting, and pyrotechnics.
Pricing By Day
Pricing varies by day of the week, not by guest count.
Event Hours
Event hours run from 11am to 11pm with additional hours available upon request.
Event Planner Required
You must secure a third-party Event Planner present for the final walk-through and on the day of your event.
TABC Bartender Required
Alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartender through your pre-approved caterer or bar service.
Same-Day Load In
All personal items, outside rentals, and decor must be loaded and unloaded the day of your event.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made in three installments with full payment required 60 days prior, and all payments are non-refundable.
