House Rules
Capacity
Courtyard accommodates up to 200 ceremony or reception, indoor 65 ceremony or 60 reception, and 250 standing.
Exclusive Use
Includes exclusive use of indoor and outdoor spaces with parlors, verandas, and courtyard.
Furniture Included
Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, plus black wrought iron bistro furniture for 40 guests and two white wooden bar facades.
Suites and Parking
Includes a 50-space parking lot, two private changing suites, and outdoor sound stage with lighting.
Coordinator Required
All events are required to have a professional coordinator on-site for the entire rental period.
Preferred Caterer Required
Must use one of 14 preferred full-service caterers or hire approved staffing companies.
Required Bartending Service
Alcoholic beverage services must be provided by required bartending service The Peached Tortilla as of December 1, 2025.
Sound Limits
Amplified sound must remain under 85 decibels, and outdoor amplified sound must stop by midnight Friday and Saturday or earlier weeknights.
Indoor Music
Indoor music has no time limit.
Deposit
Booking requires 50% of the rental fee upfront, balance due 90 days prior, plus a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
