Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
Capacity Limit
Maximum capacity is 70 people standing or 50 people seated.
Two-Hour Minimum
Reservations have a two-hour minimum and always begin on the full hour.
Amplified Sound
Amplified sound is not allowed outdoors, and indoor amplified sound is restricted based on timing.
No Kitchen
There is no kitchen available, only room for storage.
Staffing Required
On-site staffing is required at an additional $28 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Cleanup Required
Rental parties must handle all clean-up and remove all garbage off site upon departure.
No Parking Lot
There is no parking lot; parking is on public city streets where restrictions apply.
