House Rules
In-House Catering
All food and bar service is provided by Sublime Samana exclusively. Outside catering is not allowed.
Corkage
A corkage fee applies for guests who wish to bring their own preferred wine and liquor.
Outside Beauty Vendors
Outside hair and makeup stylists are allowed with a $250 cover fee per service.
Tax and Service
All services are subject to 18% tax and a 10% service charge on food, beverage, and equipment rentals.
Buffet Requirement
Buffet-style meals are required for events larger than 75 guests; plated silver menus are available for 75 or fewer.
Deposit
A $3,000 deposit and signed contract are required within one week after the contract is sent.
Room Minimum
A minimum of hotel rooms and nights must be booked based on group size, day of week, and season.
