Time Slots
Rentals are offered in either a 10am to 4pm or a 5pm to 11pm time slot.
Capacity Limit
The clubhouse holds a maximum of 120 seated or 140 standing.
Security Guard
All weekend evening rentals require a security guard from 5pm until half an hour past the event end.
Caterer Kitchen
The caterer kitchen has a prep counter, warming ovens, and a refrigerator, but no stove or oven.
Performance Bond
A performance bond of $750 is required for rentals.
Blackout Dates
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, and New Years are not available.
