House Rules
Guest Guarantee
A guaranteed guest count is due by noon five business days before the event; you are billed for the guaranteed or actual count, whichever is greater.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the site fee is due at signing, and a 50% non-refundable deposit on anticipated charges is due 90 days prior.
Taxes and Gratuity
All charges are subject to 12% VAT, and food and beverage is subject to a 15% service gratuity.
Minimum Stay
The poolside venue requires a two-night minimum guest-room stay.
