House Rules
Raw Space Rental
The rental includes the raw space only, with no rental equipment or catering services provided by the venue.
Rental Duration
The rental fee covers a 12-hour minimum period.
Membership Required
Membership is mandatory to rent the space, and the rental fee reflects both membership and venue costs.
Approved Vendors
Party rentals are limited to Party Rental Ltd or pre-approved vendors, with caterers subject to approval.
Assembly Permit
Events exceeding 74 guests require an approved floor plan plus a $2,350 Temporary Place of Assembly fee.
