Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
No outdoor amplified music
The City of Capitola prohibits amplified music outdoors. Low-level acoustic instruments are permitted outside; the restaurant's background music plays during dining.
In-house catering and bar
All food and beverage are provided by Shadowbrook. Outside catering is not permitted.
Outside wine allowed with corkage
Bottled wine may be brought in for a corkage fee ($25 per 750 ml bottle, $35 per magnum). Other outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Couples may bring their own wedding coordinator
Shadowbrook's Event Coordinator and Lead Server do not replace a Wedding Coordinator. Couples are encouraged to bring in their own.
Time windows by space
The Wine Cellar Room is available Friday evenings (4 PM-10 PM) and Saturday-Sunday (2 PM-8 PM) for up to 37 guests; Monday-Thursday evenings (4 PM-10 PM) accommodate up to 100 guests. Semi-exclusive use runs 11 AM-5 PM daily.
