House Rules
Venue Access
The standard package allows 12 hours of venue access. Events extending past midnight may incur an additional per-hour fee.
Bar Service
Couples are required to use the RoseBridge Estate bar service, with flexible budget-friendly options available.
Catering
Outside catering is permitted, but the caterer must be approved by RoseBridge Estate prior to the event.
Coordinator Required
Couples must hire a certified and insured wedding planner or coordinator for the day of the event.
Decor Restrictions
You may bring your own decor using only floral wire or ribbon. Screws, nails, and staples are prohibited.
Event Insurance
Event insurance is required, at a cost of $258.
