House Rules
Event Curfew
Outdoor events end at 10pm; indoor Grand Salon events may run to midnight, with all guests and vendors out by 1am.
Bar Service
All alcohol and bar service are exclusively provided by 24 Carrots; outside alcohol is prohibited.
In-House Catering
Catering is in-house through 24 Carrots; outside catering is permitted only by approval for cultural cuisine they cannot provide.
Prohibited Items
Confetti, glitter, silly string, fireworks, sparklers, cold sparkler machines, and fog machines are prohibited.
Mandatory Valet
Valet service is required, arranged through Special Parking Services.
Coordinator Required
A wedding coordinator is required and must be booked at least 60 days prior to the event.
Vendor Insurance
Outside vendors must carry general liability insurance naming 24 Carrots as additionally insured.
Pets
Leashed pets are welcome for the ceremony only and must depart within 30 minutes after.
