House Rules
12-Hour Access
Rentals include 12 hours of venue access with the last hour reserved for vendor breakdown and cleanup.
Tables and Chairs Included
Initial table and chair setup is provided, including 200 chairs, 20 round tables, farm tables, and cocktail tables.
Outside Catering Fee
Caterers not on the Approved Vendors List are subject to fees ranging from $250 for 50 guests to $1,000 for 200 guests.
Preferred DJ List
DJs must be selected from the Preferred Vendor List.
Music Curfew
Music ends at 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 PM outdoors or 11:00 PM indoors Sunday through Thursday.
No Subwoofers
Subwoofers are not permitted, and outdoor dance music must play through the venue speakers.
Bartender Requirement
If alcohol is served, an approved catering or bartending company is required.
