House Rules
Rental Hours
You may choose any 8 hours between 8 am and 1 am, with extensions available at $400 each hour.
Outdoor Amplified Sound
For outdoor ceremonies amplified sound is not permitted, though amplified sound is permitted inside the rental space.
Extension Cords
Extension cords are not permitted outdoors.
Outside Catering
You may hire your own caterer or choose one from the Vendors We Love list.
Parking
Limited free public parking is available at the Litchfield Villa lot, plus ten vehicle permits to park just outside the Picnic House.
Fireplace
The wood-burning fireplace is available with firewood provided when requested in advance.
