Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
End Time
Events must end by 10pm so the facility is cleaned and exited by 11pm.
Outside Catering
You may use any caterer or bartender of your choice, but food trucks are not permitted.
Alcohol
Bartenders are permitted but liquor liability insurance is required.
Insurance
A certificate of insurance listing the City of Del Mar as additional insured at $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate is required.
Trash
Renters must remove all trash and recycling from the event site.
Single-Use Items
Single-use non-compostable disposable foodware and single-use plastic beverage bottles are prohibited.
