House Rules
Seasonal Operation
Open for events March 1st through October; closed November through the first week of March.
End Time
Normal event end time is 10:00pm; overtime available for an additional fee.
Indoor Capacity
Up to 190 guests indoors for a seated reception; larger events use the meadow and barn.
Preferred Caterer
Caterer must be selected from the approved list; menus emphasize local food products.
Outside Alcohol
Clients may bring their own beer, wine, and hard alcohol for two signature cocktails with no corkage fee.
Vendor Insurance
Outside vendors are permitted if they carry liability insurance; only the caterer must come from the in-house list.
Inclusive Site Fee
Site fee includes setup/breakdown, lighting, restrooms, parking attendants, get-ready houses, and all service charges and taxes.
