Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Bar Service
The venue is not licensed to sell alcohol. Clients provide all beverages, which must be served by TABC-certified Old Glory Ranch staff. Bars close 30 minutes before the event ends.
Rental Window
Standard facility rental is five hours including ceremony and reception. Additional hours are $500 with a DJ or $600 with a band.
Catering
Outside caterers must come from the preferred list, or provide proof of insurance, make a site visit a month prior, and submit a catering contract.
Floral
The in-house floral design team must handle all decorative items, including floral design, ordering, assembling, and placement.
Venue-Booked Vendors
Horse-drawn carriages, fireworks, childcare, and floral decor must be booked directly through the venue.
One Event Per Day
The venue holds only one event per day.
