Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Curfew
Events end at 11pm. Lights go on at 11pm and tear down occurs from 11pm to midnight.
Approved Caterers Only
A list of 9 approved caterers; outside catering is not permitted. Subcontracting allowed only via approved partners.
Exclusive Bar Service
L.A. Catering holds the liquor license and is the only permitted alcohol and bar service provider.
Decor Restrictions
Prohibited items include open flame candles, confetti, glitter, balloons, birdseed, sparklers, fireworks, hay, and adhesive stickers.
Security
Two Ohio Highway Patrol Troopers staff every wedding. All guests pass through security at entry.
Outside Vendors
Couples may bring their own planner, entertainment, photographer, florist, and baker. Caterer and alcohol service are restricted.
Parking
Three-level underground garage with 24-hour vouchers for guests. Two cars may be parked for gift and decor loadout.
Cancellation
Up to 90 days out, 50 percent deposit refund. Inside 90 days, no deposit refund. Inside 30 days, no refund at all.
