House Rules
Music Curfew
All music must conclude by 10pm at the latest due to the residential neighborhood and county noise ordinances.
Approved Caterers
Approved caterers are required for full events with tables, chairs, and bar service; food trucks may add supplemental items.
Smoking Area
Smoking, vapes, and e-cigarettes are allowed only at the one smoking patio across from the Barn; all other areas are non-smoking.
No Sparklers
Sparklers are not permitted per the Fire Marshal.
Tent Restrictions
Tents are prohibited on the main lawn and Foxglove Meadow due to irrigation systems.
Parking and Shuttle
The main lot holds 66 spaces, and shuttles are required for events exceeding 150 guests.
Pets
Only service animals are allowed; hosts should consult their Event Manager about including pets.
