After-Party Curfew
An after party must not exceed two hours and must end no later than 1am.
Exclusive Catering
Per NY law, guests may not bring outside food or liquor; only Monteverde can supply food and liquor.
Amplified Music
Outdoor after-party music must be soft, such as acoustic guitar or a small jazz combo, due to noise ordinances.
No Fireworks
The Town of Cortlandt Manor has deemed fireworks at Monteverde unsafe, so they are not allowed.
Candles
Only glass-enclosed candles are permitted in the tent and candelabras must use LED lights.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in three designated outdoor areas and is prohibited inside all buildings.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Monteverde; service animals are permitted per ADA guidelines only.
