Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
End Time
The party must conclude by 10pm, guests off property by 10:30pm, and vendors out by 11pm.
Outside Catering
You may use any caterer you wish provided they are licensed and insured.
Alcohol
You may bring your own alcohol but must hire a licensed, insured bartending company from the approved list to serve it.
Amplified Music
There are no restrictions on music type but a strict 10pm music shut-off time applies.
Open Flame
No live flame candles, sparklers, or fire pits are allowed, though cold sparks are approved with a qualified vendor.
Wedding Planner
An on-site wedding planner is required, and outside planners must be approved by venue staff before hiring.
Pets
Pets are allowed on leash at all times with a designated person to watch them.
