Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
Three-Hour Events
Private events are quoted for 3 hours total; extending the time incurs additional staff overtime charges.
Vendor Access
Clients get 1 hour before the start for vendor set-up and 1 hour after the end for clean-up.
In-House Catering
Food and beverage is in-house with a food and beverage minimum; no corkage is allowed for events.
Service Fees
A 20% service charge, 10% coordination fee, and 8.25% sales tax apply to the final bill, plus a $1,000 DJ fee.
Guest Guarantee
Final guest count and menu selections are due in writing 14 days prior, becoming the guaranteed minimum billed.
Outside Dessert
You may bring your own dessert for a $5 per person outside dessert fee.
Parking
Three public parking lots on Main Street serve guests; Malibu Farm does not validate parking.
