Live DJ or band music must conclude by 10pm in keeping with local noise ordinances.
Outside Catering
The estate is venue-only with no full commercial kitchen, offering a covered catering staging area with power and water for your caterer.
Amplified Sound
Ambient background music is permitted through the integrated 12-speaker Sonos system.
Load-In and Load-Out
Vendor load-in is permitted 3 hours before the event, and load-out must be completed within 90 minutes of the conclusion.
Parking
Up to 30 vehicles park in the gated interior, with 60+ additional free spaces outside the main gate.
