Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
End Time
All events and music must end by 10pm, with setup beginning as early as 10am.
Outside Vendors
Clients may bring preferred vendors including food trucks and booths, and a recommended vendor list is available.
Setup and Cleanup
Clients and vendors are responsible for rentals, setup, and cleanup of trash and decor.
Security
Security is required when the party is 150 persons or above.
Booking
Renters must book at least two weeks before the event with a signed contract and security deposit.
