House Rules
Curfew
The guest portion of the event must conclude by 1am, with vendor load-out and cleanup until 2am when the space is locked.
Outside Catering
Outside caterers not on the preferred list must visit the venue at least once before the event to confirm infrastructure compatibility.
Open Flame
Open flames are not allowed anywhere in the building, and no rice, confetti, or smoke machines are permitted on the premises.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted on the roof deck and nowhere else on premises.
Decor
Hanging items from the beams are limited to 100 lbs, and no drilling, stapling, or hammering of any kind is permitted.
Liquor Liability
Insurance must include Host Liquor Liability if you are serving alcohol.
Parking
No onsite parking is included; nearby MPG Parking garage is available at 21 India Street.
