House Rules
Reception window 5:30 PM to 10 PM
Receptions and rehearsal dinners run 5:30 PM to 10 PM (4.5 hours). Vendor access for setup begins at 3:30 PM at the earliest.
Ceremony window 2 hours
Ceremonies receive 2 hours of site access. Reception is a separate booking.
BYO catering required at the Roadhouse
The Big Sur Roadhouse is not open to the public for dinner and does not provide catering. Private events must bring in an outside caterer, who has access to the full commercial kitchen.
