House Rules
Curfew
Reception dinner and dancing run until 11pm, with all non-staying guests departing by 12am.
In-House Catering
All catering is provided by Foxfire and outside catering is not permitted.
Planner Required
A month-of planner is required for all wedding retreats.
No Gratuities
Tipping, service charges, gratuities, and administrative fees are not requested on property.
Pets
Dogs are allowed only in the Cottage and Cabins with a $100 cleaning charge, never in the main inn.
Smoking
The property is smoke-free; smoking in guestrooms results in a $500 cleaning fee.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours run from 11pm to 7am.
