Approved Vendors
All caterers, photographers, and florists must be pre-approved and provide proof of insurance.
Vendor Site Visit
Vendors new to Fairchild must schedule a mandatory site visit 30 days before the event.
Coordinator Required
All ceremonies require a professional day-of wedding coordinator engaged at least two months out.
Amplified Music
Limitations apply to loud music and certain decorations; confirm specifics with the events team.
Parking
Complimentary on-site guest parking is provided.
