Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Curfew
Events are 6 hours long, alcohol service stops at 12am, and the event must end by that time.
In-House Bar
Dobbin St exclusively provides all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages except coffee and tea; no outside alcohol is permitted.
Outside Vendors
Outside vendors are welcome, but glassware, furniture and flatware must be sourced through Broadway Party Rentals.
Coordinator Required
A day-of coordinator is required at minimum.
Insurance
Requires $1M general aggregate and $1M per occurrence including property damage, with a certificate covering clients and vendors.
Candles
All candles must be contained in a votive, and open flames are not allowed anywhere in the building.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping is allowed onsite; you may smoke in front of the building on the sidewalk.
Rooftop Curfew
The rooftop courtyard must close after 10pm out of consideration for neighbors.
