Event Curfew
Events may not end past 12:00am and all teardown must be complete by 1:00am or penalty fees apply.
Approved Caterers
Food and beverage service must use the authorized Auraria Campus caterers.
Alcohol Permit
A Campus Alcohol Service Permit from ACES is required for alcohol service or sales.
Decor Approval
All decorations must be approved in advance, and nothing may be attached to the Turnhalle staging curtains.
Decor Restrictions
Open flame, tape, paint, glue, aerosols, hay, glitter, and confetti are not permitted in interior spaces.
Amplified Sound
Amplified sound must comply with the City of Denver Noise Control Ordinance and may be limited by ACES.
Smoking
Smoking and marijuana use are prohibited on the Auraria Campus.
