Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Approved Caterers
You must use one of the Gardens' approved caterers, or pay a buyout fee of $200 plus $10 per person.
Alcohol Policy
No cash bars are allowed, and approved caterers must serve all alcohol; shots, kegs sales, and outside service are restricted.
Bar Close
A soft bar close occurs 45 minutes before the event ends and a hard close 30 minutes before.
Amplified Music
Acoustic music is encouraged; amplified sound is limited per City of Denver agreements and restricted by space.
Candles
Candles must be contained in a glass holder at least an inch and a half taller than the flame.
Decor Approval
All decorations must be approved in writing in advance and fully removed at the end of the event.
