House Rules
Approved Catering
Catering and bartending vendors must be arranged by the renter and approved in writing by the Department at least 45 days before the event.
Alcohol Service
Alcohol is allowed only in the rental space and service must end one half hour before the event end time.
Security
If alcohol is served, Department-contracted security guards are required with a four-hour minimum and must stay until all alcohol is removed.
Amplified Music
Except at the Club Room, all doors and windows must stay closed after 7:30pm and whenever amplified music plays.
Insurance
Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement with the required wording.
