House Rules
Amplified Music
All amplified music must be turned off at 10 PM, with a silent disco option available from 10 to 11 PM.
Sound Engineer
A sound engineer is required to monitor decibel levels per county ordinance and ceremony sound must run through the in-house system.
Alcohol
Outside alcohol is prohibited and all alcohol must be provided by a caterer from the venue's exclusive list.
Wine Minimum
A minimum of three cases of wine must be purchased, with a $50 per bottle corkage fee for additional wine once opened.
Exclusive Vendors
Premier Party Rentals is the exclusive rental company and Riz Transportation is the exclusive shuttle provider.
Coordinator
A professional licensed event coordinator is required for a minimum of three months prior to the wedding date.
Parking
Parking attendants or full valet are required.
