Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Exclusive Vendors
Rentals, caterer, event planner, valet, and florist must be selected from Casa Romantica's exclusive vendor list.
Bar Service
Alcohol and bar service must be provided by one of the exclusive catering companies.
Exclusive Rentals
All rental items must come from Create A Party Rentals; no outside rentals of any kind are permitted.
Vendor Insurance
Vendors must submit a certificate of insurance naming Casa Romantica as additionally insured and sign venue rules.
Mandatory Valet
Valet service is mandatory due to construction in the parking lot.
Coordinator Required
A licensed, insured event coordinator from the exclusive list is required, at minimum for day-of coordination.
