Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Curfew
All guests must be off the premises by 12am. The bar closes no later than 11pm and the couple exit must be no later than 11:30pm.
Bar Service
All alcohol is served by a TABC-certified bartender from the venue preferred bartending company. Couples may provide their own hard alcohol.
Outside Catering
The catering company must hold a Department of Health Certificate, be insured, and be responsible for bussing tables throughout the event.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking venue and guests must smoke at least 50 feet away from the venue.
Vendor Insurance
Outside decorators must be insured. Vendors cannot deliver or pick up items outside the event day without written management approval.
Parking
There are over 80 designated paved parking spaces plus room for overflow parking.
