Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
Curfew
Amplified outdoor music must end by 11pm Friday and Saturday, and by 9pm other weeknights. Vendors must exit by 12am.
Alcohol
All alcohol consumed on the premises must be purchased from Camino Real Ranch. Outside bartending staff are allowed but may only serve venue-purchased alcohol.
Coordinator Required
A professional coordinator is required on event day and cannot be a friend or family member participating in the wedding.
Decor Restrictions
No rice, synthetic petals, bird seed, silly string, confetti, glitter, staples, tacks, glue guns, or nails. Candles must sit below their container rims.
Sparklers
Sparklers are permitted outdoors when no burn ban is in effect for Caldwell County and they are disposed of safely.
Pets
This is an animal friendly venue, provided pets are well managed and guests clean up after them.
Vendor Standards
All vendors must be professional and insured, and licensed where applicable. Outside catering and bartending vendors must be pre-approved.
