Capacity
Standing room max is 350, seated reception max is 250, and ceremony plus reception max is 200 with a space flip or 120 without.
Curfew
Event end time and music cutoff is midnight on any night of the week.
10-Hour Access
Exclusive use of the entire event space for 10 hours including setup, event, and breakdown.
Preferred Caterer List
Clients must hire from the venue's preferred caterer list of 19 full-service options or use a full-service staffing company with an outside restaurant or food truck.
TABC Bartender
Bartenders must be TABC certified and work under an entity carrying liability insurance of at least one million dollars.
BYOB Allowed
Clients may bring their own alcohol.
Coordinator Required
All events are required to have a coordinator who is the primary vendor contact and on-site during the entire rental.
Decor Restrictions
Nails, tacks, staples, glue, and tape are not allowed, and toss items like glitter, confetti, and fake snow are prohibited.
Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve, with the remaining 50% due 90 days prior to the event.
