Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
Outdoor Music Curfew
Music in the Garden Grove, Vineyard, and Courtyard must conclude by 10pm per the noise ordinance; indoor events may go later.
In-House Catering
All food is provided by the Brindare Napa culinary team; outside caterers are not allowed.
Outside Cake
Outside cake or desserts from a licensed vendor are allowed for a fee with advance notice.
Beverages
Beer and liquor are provided by the venue; outside wine is allowed with a $25 per bottle corkage fee.
Required Coordinator
A professional month-of wedding coordinator from the venue approved planner list is required.
Sparklers
Sparklers are allowed in the parking lot with a $150 cleanup fee; the venue does not provide them.
Confetti and Petals
Confetti is not allowed; only real rose petals are permitted, subject to a $150 cleanup fee.
Bartender Required
A bartender is required at $300 per 50 guests.
