House Rules
Curfew
Events end by 11pm with all vendors vacated by midnight.
Catering
Outside catering is permitted, but non-preferred caterers add a $15 per person fee and require approval 60 days in advance.
No Outside Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought in from outside sources or they will be confiscated.
Bar Service
All beverages except coffee and tea must be purchased through Blanco.
Candles
Tapered candles are allowed only in hurricanes with the wick 2 inches below the top; votives and floating candles are permitted.
No Glitter or Confetti
Glitter, confetti, rice, turmeric, birdseed, and sand are strictly prohibited, with a minimum $500 cleaning fee for violations.
Vendor Insurance
All vendors used must be licensed and insured to provide their services.
