Restrictions & Rules
House Rules
Estate Wine Required
The contracted food and beverage package must include Beltane Ranch wine, though outside wine, beer, and a full bar are also welcome.
No Corkage
The venue does not charge a corkage fee.
Approved Caterer
Events must use an approved caterer from the venue list.
Approved Planner
An approved planner for full or minimum month-of services must be present for arrival and rental installation.
Event Insurance
Event insurance and a licensed, insured bartending service are required.
Room Booking
Booking five inn rooms for Friday and Saturday night at the event rate is required.
Sound Curfew
Sunday through Thursday events end at 9pm with lower amplified sound, and all events must comply with noise regulations.
Guest Limit
Events are welcomed up to 225 guests from late May to early October; events over 175 may require additional restrooms.
