Restrictions & Rules

House Rules
Event Hours
Weddings run 5:30pm to 12am, with a possible extension to 1am for an additional hourly fee.
Approved Caterers
Clients must select one of nine approved caterers; outside caterers are not permitted and cannot be added for a fee.
Setup Access
Vendors may unload at the loading dock at 2pm, but set-up of event spaces cannot begin until 5:15pm.
Decor Approval
All decor must be approved by the rentals department, and votive candles require fire-marshal approval.
Photography Sign-Off
All hired photographers and videographers must review and sign a permission application before filming in the museum.
No Animals
Animals and birds are not permitted on the premises as part of entertainment or decor.
Outdoor Sound
Outdoor sound ordinances must be obeyed and outdoor amplified sound requires a city permit.
