Outdoor amplified music ends at 9:00 PM
Big Sur noise ordinances apply. Outdoor amplified sound must conclude by 9:00 PM; indoor events may continue until midnight.
Food & beverage minimum applies
Wedding packages carry a food and beverage minimum (commonly cited at $300++ per person). Specific minimums vary by venue, guest count, and season.
Mandatory guest room block
Larger weddings require a contracted room block: 5 rooms (intimate, 25 guests), 10 rooms (50 guests), 35+ rooms (100 guests). Two-night minimums apply.
Weekday-only ceremony for the largest package
The 100-guest Big Sur Wedding Package is offered Monday through Thursday only.
Outside vendors permitted
Couples may select their own vendors or use the resort's preferred-partner list. A preferred list is offered but not required.
Two guests per room maximum
Guest rooms cap at two persons per room, including children and infants.
