Event Duration
Events typically run 4.5 to 6 hours from guest arrival to bar close, with vendor load-out until 2am.
In-House Bar
All beverage service is provided exclusively through the in-house bar program; outside bartenders are not permitted.
Insurance
A certificate of insurance is required from every client and vendor working on-site.
Coordinator Required
A day-of coordinator or event planner is required for all events.
Candles
Candles must be enclosed in votives or lanterns; open flames and taper candles are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors, including in the covered atrium.
Load-In
Vendor load-in begins at 9am and load-out can run until 2am.
